Insurance Management Application

Provide a new / improved experience and interface for an in-house application to a new online SaaS product.

Seed is an insurance application used for both the management of a company's insurance providers and their client accounts, new account setup, claims, payouts and accounting.

UX / UI Design & UI Development

Originally an in-house hosted application, I was brought on to help create an improved user experience and deliver a new SaaS version of the product using new technology that would be accessible remotely online.

To begin, I created the foundation concepts, user experience, look and feel, style guide, documentation and prototype in Figma, this was used to engage stakeholders and confirm concepts and usability.

I then developed a UI framework and prototype in HTML, CSS and JS which was used by the development team to integrate with the backend systems. This also allowed me to rapidly prototype additional screens directly with the HTML framework.
