Usability Testing

I run usability tests with real users so you can see how people actually use your product—catching issues before launch and validating that key flows work as intended.

Testing can be moderated or unmoderated, in-person or remote, using prototypes or live products. I work with you to define tasks and success criteria, recruit or use your participants, then facilitate sessions and capture observations. Findings are summarised with clear, prioritised recommendations so design and product teams know what to fix and why.

I've tested everything from insurance flows and onboarding journeys to search and filtering—helping teams move from assumptions to evidence.
