    Delivered best-in-class designs and experiences within a complex multi-brand environment (Banking, Insurance, Superannuation—AAMI, GIO, Apia, Bingle, Shannon's and more) and restrictive frameworks and technology.

    Stakeholder workshops, user interviews, UX and UI design, reviews and user testing to help customers achieve actions as quickly and accurately as possible. Received strong feedback from the Executive General Manager, Customer, Digital & Partners: the redesign was called "a real showcase of the talent we have in CDP, and the value that you bring to the whole of Suncorp."

    Quick transfer (mobile)

    Conceived and pitched "Quick transfer" for the mobile banking app—allowing customers to set up a transfer between accounts and complete with PIN for a faster, clearer flow.

    Suncorp Marketplace app – Finance pillar

    Designed the design foundations for the finance pillar; created the majority of the banking UX for the new app and handed over to Outware for UI finish and build.

    Deep analysis and strategy for a modernised, intuitive digital experience serving over 15,000 members.

    The Victorian Chamber's existing website was outdated and overwhelming, filled with thousands of articles, reports, and guides but lacking an intuitive structure.

    Members struggled to find relevant content, new visitors faced friction when joining, and there was no personalized experience tailored to different business types and sizes.

    The site needed a smarter, more strategic approach to support over 15,000 members, customers, and clients with consulting, training, and business advice.

    As Senior User Experience Designer and Digital Web Producer, I conducted a deep analysis of the site:

    • I reviewed existing technology, content management system, previous web specifications, and business goals.
    • I researched customer behavior, met stakeholders, and identified pain points.
    • I mapped out an ideal user journey to ensure personalised engagement for returning visitors and easy access for newcomers.
    Recommendations for Improvement

    To address these challenges, I developed a strategy that prioritised:

    • Personalisation: Implementing tailored content based on demographics, business type, and engagement history.
    • Structured User Journey: Designing a digital sales funnel—Awareness, Evaluation, Purchase, Nurture—to guide visitors seamlessly.
    • Smart Content Delivery: Tracking user interactions to recognise returning visitors and dynamically adapting content recommendations.
    • Effortless Membership Growth: Simplifying the onboarding process with pre-configured and customisable experiences.
    • Multi-Channel Content Strategy: Expanding beyond articles to include video, audio, print campaigns, radio, TV advertising, and social media.

  • CPA Australia

    Lead UX Designer and Front-end Developer

    Joined a 9-month programme (previously unresolved for 6 years) to improve UX for workshops, conferences, seminars and professional training. Led UX/UI and front-end within a team of 30 (PM, tech leads, BAs, developers, testers).

    Replaced a 7-page registration flow with a single dashboard for multiple registrations and one modal checkout. Process: workshops with BAs and stakeholders, lo-fi to hi-fi wireframes, HTML/CSS/jQuery prototypes, then handover to .Net. Achieved strong stakeholder and executive feedback.

  • Metricon Homes

    UX Designer and Front-end Developer

    Contract to fully redesign UX and UI, deliver front-end development and CMS templates, and improve SEO for metricon.com.au.

    Website redesign with a strong emphasis on SEO and usability. Delivered a working prototype and integrated with an external CMS; conceptualised best practices to serve three distinct client types with regular news and articles.
